All of our courses have been developed with the civilian in mind. We train normal people how to handle, shoot and defend themselves in the real world. Many of our courses have been developed from the ground up based on all of our instructors experience as well as outside influences of other training schools. We pride ourselves on being incredibly safe on the range as well as in our classrooms. We have had POST certified law enforcement officers trust SMI with the training of their family members. Our instructors are constantly taking other training classes in order to keep our skills up to the task of training our students. SMI Requires that ALL of our instructors be certified by the NRA, be a certified NRA Range Safety Officer and have at LEAST a level I Civilian Medical Training.
